Application Form

Step 1:

Complete form:
Complete application form and submit together with entrance fee.

Step 2:

Attend new, members' cocktail:
After new members cocktail, your name gets posted on the notice board for 14 days. At this stage you may use the facilities but are not allowed to represent the Club in any league event, introduce guests or vote at any Annual General or Special General Meeting.

Step 3:

Confirmation:
After the next Main Committee meeting, your application will be confirmed if there was no objection to your application and you will be contacted to collect your membership card and may then represent the Club and all previous restrictions fall away.

No student or junior may propose or second any new member.
Juniors & Students: Together with application form, a surety form signed by either proposer or seconder and in the case of a full-time student, a proof of registration to be submitted together with entrance fee.

Junior golfers/squash players have to attend a meeting with a member of the Golf/Squash Committee before their application forms can be submitted to Main Committee for confirmation (similar to cocktail parties for adult members).
