Service Level Register

There is a Service Level Register at the reception desk and it would be appreciated if members would complete the book in respect of both good and bad issues that they would wish to draw to the attention of the Main Committee and Management.

There will be an action column should he/she wish to follow up the action taken.

The General Manager of the Pretoria Country Club is Marius Els.
