About the Pretoria Club

Rules & Regulations

What is loyalty

A loyalty account is opened for adult town members in the books of the Club and the amount with which members are debited at the start of each financial year in respect of this levy is credited to this account.

When a member visits the Club and uses the BAR, HALFWAY HOUSE, RESTAURANT OR FUNCTION ROOM facilities TO PURCHASE FOOD OR BEVERAGES, purchases will automatically be deducted from the credit until it is exhausted. It is important to note that the loyalty available on a member’s account must be utilized before 28 February, after which it will be forfeited as it will not be carried over to the following financial year.
