CONGRATULATIONS
We would like to extend the entire Club’s heartiest congratulations to Beula Van Den Bergh for being selected to play in the SA Senior Inter District Championships to be held between the 9 – 13 March in Edenvale (Eastern Gauteng Bowls)

GOOD NEWS.   GOOD NEWS.   GOOD NEWS
The Pretoria Country Club Bowls section is thrilled to announce that both our Greens – Oates & Durr – have been graded a whopping 90% by BGN. Only 4 Greens in this district were graded above 90%. What this in effect means is that currently we are the only club in the district capable of holding an international event should one be held in this area!  Not that one is planned…..but just so you know!!!!
Out of 22 Clubs whose greens were graded, 17 passed and 5 failed.

Well done to our hard working Green Keeper Mr Karl-Heinz Gessner and our staff Sipho and Rapsom.
We salute your efforts and thank you for the privilege of playing on such excellent greens.  They are the envy of all who play here!
We also thank John Mntambo and the main club for their support and assistance when needed.

PCC vs CCJ (Country Club Johannesburg)
On Sunday 14 February, we hosted our annual event against CCJ. It was a memorable day of bowls with lots of hype around our Centenary!  Centenary mementos were shared and a good morning’s bowls was followed by a delicious luncheon by N9ne in the newly refurbished Mardi Gras – decorated with a touch of red for Valentine’s sake.
