Hank van Heteren, Mike Ford, Peter Blokker and their experienced
staff have opened the Blu Saffron Restaurant at the Pretoria
Country Club on 1 May 2008. This exciting restaurant is beautiful
and its location is one of the best in Pretoria, with its security and
Blu Saffron caters to the public as well as to the members of the
Pretoria Country Club. Members enjoy a 15% discount on all food
Blu Saffron has 4 private dining rooms. Two lounges, a bar and a
main dining area have been additionally created. An outside
patio with couches, tables and chairs overlooking the 1st tee
and beautiful golf course.
A comprehensive menu is available. Daily specialties are also
available: Fresh oysters are delivered every Wednesday and
Friday and fresh fish is delivered on a daily basis.
